What conditions do you treat?
We work with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Common concerns include back and neck pain, joint issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, posture problems, and stress-related tension.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is required for our therapy or wellness treatments.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session will include a detailed assessment of your condition, medical history, and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan which may include hands-on therapy, exercises, or lifestyle advice.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For treatments involving certain joints or areas of the body, we may ask you to bring shorts or a sleeveless top.
How long are the sessions?
Initial consultation: 45–60 minutes
Follow-up sessions: 30–60 minutes
Do you accept health insurance?
It will depend on the provider. We are not part of any insurance ‘networks’ so it is a case by case basis. If you plan to use insurance we would suggest checking with us and the provider first.

How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition, goals, and progress. Some clients notice improvement after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support. We’ll review your progress regularly and adjust your treatment plan.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur the full cost of the session.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call our clinic, or visit us in person.
James DorrillTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience is that proper results and recovery come from a holistic approach to treatment. The treatment you get here gives just that, 1st class physio and the information and support you need between treatments. There’s also a very positive ‘can-do’ vibe which anyone who either wants to get back training or back to work will benefit from. I cannot recommend them enough. I first went after a slipped disc injury and struggled to get in and out my car, now I’m playing padel and running 5k obstacle courses. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Yes you have to put in some work; no there is no magic fix; but the good natured, no nonsense, evidence based approach works. I truly didn't think I was ever going to have pain free days but I do now. I would recommend Ollie to anyone who needs a physio. At One have been incredible in supporting my management of, and recovery from numerous muscular skeletal issues arising from a life time of playing sports and sitting at a desk. Most recently, aiding a return to running following a knee op. The team are always welcoming and friendly, the coffee isn’t bad either. Would I recommend them, yes. Exceptional service from start to finish, have been to Ollie a couple of times about numerous issues and always goes above and beyond to fix problematic injuries.... highly recommend! Came to Ollie with a postieror shoulder issue I'd picked up through repetitive strain - helped me understand the movement and exercises that were causing it and now happily pain free after some corrective work and deep tissue massage Chris EnglishbyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stu is simply fantastic, I went from disc herniation to completing my 3rd Ironman within 6 months, incredible! Lee WebberTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a great experience with At One Therapy and wellbeing. I’ve been receiving treatment from Ollie for a good few months now and I have been VERY impressed and satisfied with the service and more importantly, the outcome of his treatment. Having suffered from a reoccurring lower back/hip complaint for a long time, Ollie has cracked it by giving me a strategy for rehabilitation and maintenance which has enabled me to be pain free and return to my training. What’s really helpful is the follow up email containing videos that guide you through each exercise with sets and reps to complete. Having received lots of physio over my 25 year training career, Ollie is well up there in my estimation and I will definitely return to At One for treatment. A.CTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ollie was my physio since March 2024 and helped me rehabilitate from a Achilles tear and got me back up to speed within the year! His knowledge helped assure me that by following his plan we would see meaningful improvement visit by visit until I was back performing better than i was before the injury. I recommend him highly, thank you for all of your efforts!
